How does the membership work?

Local card memberships are issued are sent via email. This email contains a link where the membership card can be downloaded to your Apple or Google Wallet. As standard, we do not issue a physical card – although they can be ordered and picked up from the venue.

The membership is applied to your customer profile on our booking system, and when you’re purchasing tickets online or via our box office (counter or telephone) any locals discount will automatically apply when you are logged in.

Do I need a card?

You don’t need a physical card, but we can supply one if you’d like one.

Regardless of whether you have a physical card or not, the membership is attached to your customer profile on our booking system. So when you login to your customer profile online, or when you provide your details with our box office team when booking – the discount will apply.

Either the physical card, or the digital membership card download can then be used when purchasing food/drinks during your visit to the venue.

If you order a physical card, we will post this out to you (please supply the correct address) as well as the digital version via email.

What Discounts Can I Get?

With a locals card, you can get a 20% discount on tickets for most of our shows. There are some exceptions, but check out the show listings on our website.

You can also enjoy discount on food & drink too… with 10% off pre-order food & drinks (via our Pre-Order platform ‘Visit’), and 10% off when ordering either at the bars or with one of our wait staff (just show them your digital or physical card).

We will also add you to our ‘Offer Alerts’ exclusive to members only – where from time to time we may offer bigger discounts, or invitations to special events such as opening nights.

How Much Does It Cost?

The membership costs £1 to join and then £1 per month renewal. You can cancel anytime either online, or just contact us via [email protected] and request to cancel the membership.

If you do cancel your membership and have booked a show in advance, the discount will be cancelled and the full balance of your tickets will be due. The membership must be in place when you book the tickets and visit the venue.
