Any visit to Viva is special, but we have some special upgrades which will make your visit even more memorable.

Each option below is available to add to your booking via the box office, or online after you’ve booked your show tickets via our online portal. See our FAQs below for more details on how to add our Drinks Packages to your visit.

Drinks Table Service

Across most of our shows, Viva operates table service from our award winning team of Food & Beverage assistants.

You can:-

Order & Pay via mobile - scan the QR code on your table, or click the link that we will text you out before your arrival - and browse our full range of drinks, food and other snacks on your mobile. Our mobile order and pay solution is a really simple way of ordering - and will also store your order so you can order another round at just the click of a button.

Order via our Table Hosts - our team will regularly circulate around the room taking orders

Please note - All of our bars and table service team accept card and cash payments, though we do prefer cards as they are quicker and safer to process. Table orders have a 5% discretionary service charge applied automatically, which can be removed on request.

Pre-Order Drinks Options

There's also the benefit of most of our pre-order drinks packages being discounted. So you'll also save money too!

You can pre-order online using your digital tickets confirmation (we'll send you a link to our online ordering portal), or contact our box office team who'll be happy to help customise your order.

  • 4 Pint Pitchers - Enjoy your favourite draught beer or cider freshly poured in a 4 pint pitcher delivered to your table on arrival
  • Pre-order Prosecco - Pop the cork and enjoy some fizz! Served up in an ice bucket and with flute glasses - raise a toast and cheers to a great visit!
  • Bottled Beers Packages - Chilled and served up in an ice bucket, our bottled beers packages can offer a saving against purchasing individual bottles
  • House Wine Selection - Enjoy one of our house wines from the Gallo brand or a chilled bottle of Champagne
  • Spirits Bottles Packages - Perfect if you and your party are going to stay on spirits all night. Enjoy a selection of mixers of your choice served with a premium bottle of Vodka, Gin, Pink Gin or even Tequilla - as well as other bottles added regularly.

Bottomless Brunch!

Bottomless Drinks to fuel the fun! Including Prosecco and now extended to include a choice of our house cocktails (Beach Bomb or Viva Purple).

  • Doors open at 1pm
  • Food is served from 2pm!
  • Bottomless Drinks Activated at 2:30pm with a very dramatic countdown and served for 90 non-stop minutes!
  • 4pm lights up and you get to party on in the biggest party town in the UK.

How Do I Add A Pre-Order Drinks Option To My Booking?

You can either add upgrades online, or via our box office team.

Upgrade Online

Once you’ve booked and paid for your ticket, we’ll send a confirmation email with a link to your digital tickets.

This link also allows access to our online portal where you can add upgrades or customisations to your visit – so you can add pre-order drinks, food or celebration options online via mobile or desktop.

If you lose the email, don’t worry – we’ll send it out again via SMS text 48 hours before your visit.

Upgrades Via Box Office Team

Simply give our box office team a call on 01253 297 297 and speak to one of our assistants who will be able to advise and add upgrades to your booking.

Alternatively, you can email us here and we’ll call you back at a time convenient to you.

Do I need to pay for pre-ordered drinks in advance?

All upgrades need to be paid for in advance of you arriving at the venue. If no payment is received, then it is likely the upgrade will be cancelled.

Can I add a pre-ordered drinks upgrade when I arrive?

Upgrades are generally offered in advance of your visit, and will not be available when you visit the venue.
