Any visit to Viva is special, but we have some special upgrades which will make your visit even more memorable.
Each option below is available to add to your booking via the box office, or online after you’ve booked your show tickets via our online portal. See our FAQs below for more details on how to add our Dining Packages to your visit.
Dinner & Show – Pre-Show Dining
Our ‘Fixe Prix’ menu is available to add a delicious 3 course meal served to your table before the show commences for a fixed price of just £26.95pp
Take your seats as the doors open, our table host will take a drinks order whilst you browse the menu and then once you’re ready we’ll take an order for your starter and main course .
Our dessert trio is a treat for all tastes! A selection of three mini-desserts of the day, so if you have a sweet tooth this is for you, or upgrade to a Cheese & Biscuit board for those with more savoury tastebuds.
Viva Kitchen Menu
Available to pre-order when booking your tickets with one of our box office team, or online - or order from your dedicated table host when, our Viva Kitchen is packed with tasty food options to enjoy at any time during your visit to Viva.
Perfect Pizzas, Sizzling Snacks and Sumptuous Sides - take your pick and enjoy!

You can either add upgrades online, or via our box office team.
Upgrade Online
Once you’ve booked and paid for your ticket, we’ll send a confirmation email with a link to your digital tickets.
This link also allows access to our online portal where you can add upgrades or customisations to your visit – so you can add pre-order drinks, food or celebration options online via mobile or desktop.
If you lose the email, don’t worry – we’ll send it out again via SMS text 48 hours before your visit.
Upgrades Via Box Office Team
Simply give our box office team a call on 01253 297 297 and speak to one of our assistants who will be able to advise and add upgrades to your booking.
Alternatively, you can email us here and we’ll call you back at a time convenient to you.
If you have booked our pre-show dining package, we recommend you arrive no more than 30 minutes after the door opening time (which is generally 6pm – please check show timings for confirmation).
This is so that we can ensure you and your party are served before the show commences.
We have a range of dining options at Viva – some of which need to be pre-booked, and some of which can be ordered on the night.
Our pre-show dining packages are only available when pre-booked – and are available to book up until 2 hours before the door opening time. Occasionally we can accommodate last minute requests.
