Supported by the outrageous Leye D Johns and the talented cast from ‘Viva, The Vegas Variety Show’, this is set to take you on a nostalgic journey down memory when entertainment was at its best.
First appearing on our screens back in 1974 on “The Wheeltappers and Shunters Social Club” Cannon & Ball won the nation’s heart and catapulted themselves into the limelight with their own iconic ITV series, “The Cannon & Ball Show” – and it’s safe to say our love for the boys is still going strong!
We are such fans here at Viva Blackpool, we sent our very own Frankie Valli, from “!The Jersey Beats” to meet the pair on the set of their outstanding play ‘The Changing Room”, take a look at the interview below:
With their trademark one-liners and unquestionable chemistry, the pair have earned themselves a career that has spanned over five decades. Still being recognised for their talents, Cannon & Ball brought even more laughter to our screens last year in ITV’s “Last Laugh in Vegas”.
The show saw them and seven other showbiz legends, live and rehearse together as they prepare for a show of a lifetime, in the variety capital of the world, Las Vegas.
Now back in the UK, their sights are still set on Vegas but something a little closer to home…Viva Blackpool, The Vegas Venue in the Heart of Blackpool, as they join everyone’s favorite host and compare, the outrageous Leye D Johns, and his talented Viva Cast.
A comic legend in his own right Leye has his own residency show on every Wednesday and Saturday throughout the year at Viva Blackpool. This talented performer is no stranger to a packed-out audience and has been wowing crowds for over 20 years, bringing side-splitting comedy where ever he goes.
Bringing laughter of plenty this evening will bring you a night of escapism with nostalgic variety, creating the perfect mixture of the very best guest vocalists, beautiful Viva Showgirls, and of course laughter.
