🔐 FullFlex Booking Protection – Terms & Conditions

Viva FullFlex Booking Protection gives you additional flexibility if your plans change.

Without FullFlex, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. When FullFlex is added to an eligible booking, you may cancel for any reason before the scheduled performance start time and receive a Viva credit voucher for the value of your booking covered by FullFlex at the time of cancellation, subject to these terms.

The voucher can be used towards eligible future ticket purchases at Viva Blackpool for 18 months from the date it is issued.

1. Cancellation

• FullFlex cancellations must be requested before the scheduled start time of the booked performance.
• No FullFlex voucher will be issued for a no-show or once the scheduled performance start time has passed.

2. What FullFlex Protects

• FullFlex protects the value of the booking to which the FullFlex charge has been applied.
• The amount protected is therefore determined by the level of FullFlex protection purchased and may not necessarily be the same as the total current value of the booking.
• If the value of a booking increases after FullFlex is purchased, including when a deposit booking is subsequently converted to a full-balance booking, the FullFlex protection must also be upgraded to cover the increased booking value.
• If FullFlex is not upgraded, protection will remain limited to the value covered by the FullFlex originally purchased.

3. Deposit Bookings

• Where tickets are initially reserved using a deposit, FullFlex purchased at that stage protects the deposit value covered at the time FullFlex is added.
• When the outstanding balance is subsequently paid, customers will be given the opportunity to upgrade their FullFlex protection to cover the increased value of the booking.
• If the FullFlex protection is upgraded, the increased protected value will apply.
• If the customer chooses not to upgrade FullFlex, protection will remain limited to the value covered by the original FullFlex purchase. Payment of the outstanding ticket balance does not automatically increase the amount protected.

4. Voucher Issuance

• Following an eligible cancellation, a Viva credit voucher will be issued for the protected value of the booking at the time of cancellation, subject to the level of FullFlex protection purchased.
• The voucher does not represent a cash refund and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Voucher Usage

• FullFlex vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of issue.
• After 18 months, any unused voucher balance will expire.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the original booking customer.
• Vouchers may be used towards eligible future ticket purchases at Viva Blackpool, subject to availability and any applicable booking conditions.

How FullFlex works with deposit bookings

You reserve tickets with a deposit and add FullFlex based on the deposit value. At this point, your deposit is protected.

When you later pay the remaining ticket balance, you can also upgrade FullFlex to protect the increased value of your booking.

If you upgrade FullFlex: the increased booking value is protected.

If you don’t upgrade FullFlex: your original protection remains in place, but the additional amount paid towards your tickets is not protected.
