🔔 1:00pm — Doors Open: Welcome to Assembly Your DJ greets you as you take your seats (or head straight to the dancefloor). Consider this your morning registration — but way more fun.
🍽️ 2:00pm — School Bell = Food Time When the bell rings, it’s straight to “brunch hall” for a tasty feast. No soggy chips, no beige mystery — just delicious food served fresh.
🍹 2:30pm — Drinks Activated The taps open and the fun officially begins. Bottomless beverages — definitely not part of the old school rules.
🎤 Songs, Hymns & Classroom Classics Your Head Teacher, Mr Gallagher, is on site — assisted (and occasionally kept in line) by his Head Boy & Head Girl. Together, they’ll deliver the assembly of all assemblies:

The bars are open throughout the session for additional drinks such as spirits/mixers, bottled beers, wines, champagne etc.
Drinks can be purchased prior to bottomless drinks being activated and throughout the afternoon
What are the Seating Plan / Arrangements?
Your seats are reserved and guaranteed for the show.
Our seating plan is a mix of table sizes with tables of 2,4 and 6 and 12 people.
No need to get up to the bar, or wait in queues as we have waiter service running throughout your visit serving drinks and snacks
You can make specific seating requests if you want (i.e. if you don’t want to sit too near to the front!).
You can either select your own seat online, or make the request to the box office operative when booking
PLEASE NOTE – that our Festive Bottomless Brunch sessions are being held in the Festival Suite which is fully seated, and perfect for our Festive Brunches!
Can I get tickets just for the show?
For the Bottomless Brunch experiences, there are no ‘Show Only’ tickets available. All tickets include food & drinks.
Does Viva cater for groups?
We LOVE groups.
Viva is a perfect destination for a party, or a group. With different table sizes (2s, 4s, 6s, 10s and 12s) and a flexible layout meaning we can add tables together, or seat in the same area of the room – we can cater for any private party requirement within our big show atmosphere.
Group discounts are available for bookings of 10 people more more. Discounts will automatically apply at checkout.
