Each option below is available to add to your booking via the box office, or online after you’ve booked your show tickets via our online portal. See our FAQs below for more details on how to add our Dining Packages to your visit.
Pre-Order Food Packages
We have a range of pre-order food packages to choose from when booking, or to add as an upgrade before your visit, offering great choice and value for money.
Our platters, pizzas and munchie boxes are great sharing options to enjoy either before the show or during the performance.
Chinese Sharing Munchie Box – Salt & Pepper Chicken, Salt & Pepper Fries, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Egg Fried Rice, Curry Sauce, Prawn Crackers
Viva Ultimate Sharing Platter – Halloumi Strips, Chicken Strips, Onion Rings, Garlic Bread, Vegetable Samosas, Fries & Dips
Margherita Pizza – Classic Italian-style pizza topped with rich tomato sauce and melted mozzarella cheese.
Pepperoni Pizza – Tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and slices of pepperoni.
BBQ Chicken Pizza – BBQ sauce base topped with mozzarella, chicken and red onion.
Stone Baked Pizzas
A delicious freshly prepared and cooked 12" Pizza delivered to your table. Made from fresh ingredients - Choose from Margherita or Pepperoni (specify which when you visit with your server)

You can either add upgrades online, or via our box office team.
Upgrade Online
Once you’ve booked and paid for your ticket, we’ll send a confirmation email with a link to your digital tickets.
This link also allows access to our online portal where you can add upgrades or customisations to your visit – so you can add pre-order drinks, food or celebration options online via mobile or desktop.
If you lose the email, don’t worry – we’ll send it out again via SMS text 48 hours before your visit.
Upgrades Via Box Office Team
Simply give our box office team a call on 01253 297 297 and speak to one of our assistants who will be able to advise and add upgrades to your booking.
Alternatively, you can email us here and we’ll call you back at a time convenient to you.
If you have booked our pre-show dining package, we recommend you arrive no more than 30 minutes after the door opening time (which is generally 6pm – please check show timings for confirmation).
This is so that we can ensure you and your party are served before the show commences.
We have a range of dining options at Viva – some of which need to be pre-booked, and some of which can be ordered on the night.
Our pre-show dining packages are only available when pre-booked – and are available to book up until 2 hours before the door opening time. Occasionally we can accommodate last minute requests.

Our Viva Kitchen menu is available to order from on the night – and covers a wide range of options including snacks, Pizzas and other specials.
