Weekend Show Timings
Please Note – The Heats (Saturday) will be held in the FESTIVAL SUITE, with the Semi-Final and Final held in the MAIN ARENA
Seats will be reserved for ticket holders in the MAIN ARENA – meaning that on the Sunday Semi-Final and Final – your seats will be allocated/reserved for your arrival
Seats cannot be reserved/held in the FESTIVAL SUITE – however we will reserve the best seating (front stage) in the room for priority access to WEEKEND PASS and DAY PASS holders. This will be on a ‘first come, first served’ basis – however Weekend and Day pass holders will be able to access the room 30 minutes before session pass holders.

Friday Evening (Festival Suite)
- Doors Open 7pm for WEEKEND PASS & DAY PASS HOLDERS
- 7.30pm – SESSION PASS HOLDERS will be permitted entry to the room
- Session Begins 8pm
- Session Ends approx 11.30pm
- After Show Party / Karaoke until late (managers discretion)
Saturday Afternoon (Festival Suite)
- Doors Open 12noon for WEEKEND PASS & DAY PASS holders.
- 12.30pm – SESSION PASS HOLDERS will be permitted entry to the room
- Session Begins 1pm
- Session Ends 4pm
Saturday Evening (Festival Suite)
- Doors Open 7pm for WEEKEND PASS & DAY PASS HOLDERS
- 7.30pm – SESSION PASS HOLDERS will be permitted entry to the room

Drinks Table Service
Across most of our shows, Viva operates table service from our award winning team of Food & Beverage assistants.
You can:-
Order & Pay via mobile - scan the QR code on your table, or click the link that we will text you out before your arrival - and browse our full range of drinks, food and other snacks on your mobile. Our mobile order and pay solution is a really simple way of ordering - and will also store your order so you can order another round at just the click of a button.
Order via our Table Hosts - our team will regularly circulate around the room taking orders
Please note - All of our bars and table service team accept card and cash payments, though we do prefer cards as they are quicker and safer to process.

Return To Memphis - FAQs
The full balance will be due 2 weeks before the event on Friday 6th November 2025
We will contact you ahead of the balance becoming due, and if we have your card details stored – we will take a full payment.
However, if we are unable to take payment – it is your responsibility to contact the venue box office and make the balance payment.
Failure to pay on or before the 6th November will result in your tickets being released, and your deposit being forfeited.
Unfortunately, seating cannot be reserved for the Friday or Saturday sessions (qualifying heats) – which will be held in our Festival suite room.
Weekend and Day pass holders will be given access to the room 30 minutes ahead of session pass holders to secure their seats.
We will section off the front tables / seats in the room based upon the ‘sold’ ticket numbers (i.e. if 100 weekend/day passes are sold, we will hold 100 seats in the front section) – so these ticket holders will be given access to ‘best’ seating available, but individual seats cannot be reserved or guaranteed.
Yes – all seats will be reserved based upon the seat you select for the Sunday afternoon AND evening sessions (Semi-Final and Final)
These sessions will be held in the main arena. We expect both sessions to be very busy – so we still advise early arrival

DAY PASSES – £65 (Sunday @£70)
AFTERNOON ONLY PASS – £30
EVENING ONLY PASS – £45
